"Basement Design & Build" Service:
With this option, Spacements will not only design your basement but also build it for you. We will take you through the entire process from beginning to end. We help you choose the types of materials and will work with you every step of the way while staying within your budget for your basement remodeling project.
"Basement Design Only" Service:
If you would like to take advantage of the 20 years of experience that Spacements has in designing and finishing basements, please contact us. We will come out to your home, take measurements of your basement space and take the time to speak with you about your goals and desires for your basement. If you live outside of our service area, we welcome designing your basment for you too! We will work closely with you to help you design a beautiful finished basement. Our "design only" service will offer you the following (depending on the level you choose):
- 2-D floor plan
- 3-D rendering of the final finished basement
- 3-D video walk through the final basement design
"Basement Build Only" Service:
Already have a floor plan design? No problem. We would welcome the opportunity to complete your basement remodeling project for you. Just think of it as hiring Spacements to be a project manager for your finished basement project. Again, we will go by your design and work with you if you desire to make any changes.

We will take to the time to thoroughly discuss your goals and will offer our expertise in ideas for your basement design.
